Free standard shipping is available to eligible Australian addresses on orders of AU$100 or more.

Some remote or limited-access locations may be excluded or require an additional charge. Please contact us with your postcode if you are unsure.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and photographs where possible. Your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law.
