Refund policy

Returns Due to Change of Mind:

· We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days from the date you receive the item. However, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact and undamaged.

Return Shipping Costs:

· Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Returns:

· If you receive a carpet with quality issues or defects, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Faulty items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame for your specific situation (change of mind or quality issue).

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Packaging: Ensure that the carpet is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

4. Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a reputable courier or postal service. Please retain proof of postage.

5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them for quality and condition, we will process either a refund or an exchange, as per your request.

If the returned item shows any signs of use/problem, we will not accept the return or issue a refund. The customer will need to collect the rug from our warehouse or arrange for redelivery by paying the shipping fee again.

Refund/Exchange Options:

· For returns due to a change of mind, you can choose between a refund or an exchange for another carpet in our store.

· For Damaged or Faulty Returns, we will provide a full refund or exchange for a replacement carpet, including return shipping costs.

Colour Disclaimer: Please remember that screen displays may show colours differently. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to colour discrepancies based on screen variations.
